Good in Your Life
The exercise is very simple. Every day or night, for the next week or so, write down three good things that happened during that day or the previous day. The real impact of this exercise comes when you start explaining why that chosen event or thing is a good thing.
I have recorded three good things in my journal. Here's one for the world.
I went for a stroll around the block for about half-hour. I felt refreshed and relaxed after 8 hours of sitting down and staring at the screen.
